Under the Weather

This week, I have been under the weather in more ways than one. We had the Great White Death move through the area, leaving a frozen tundra in its wake. I have also been sick. Today is much warmer and everything is thawing out. I hope this is a sign that my body will be recovering soon as well.

Last night, while we were chatting, J told me to turn on my webcam, He wanted to see me. I sat there, in an old flannel shirt, sweat pants, a drippy, red nose and uncombed hair, certainly not the picture of beauty or sexiness. Yet, I turned on the camera, just as He had requested. He has seen me at my best and my worst, but He always makes me feel loved, accepted, and yes, beautiful.

We often use the webcam when M's away.....he says it closes the gap of the miles between us at those times.

You are beautiful to him sweety.....from the inside out....regardless of whether you're sick or not and what you might be wearing.

I hope you start to feel better soon. Feeling sick and it being so cold is a pretty miserable combination.

love and hugs xxx

Sending you some snuggly get well hugs and a suggestion to try some elder berry anything that you can find, the fresher the berry is the better.

And I"m so glad that your man loves you in all states. *smiles*

I hope you return to good health soon.

I wanted to thank you for sharing the LibraryThing widget and link. I love to read and after seeing your widget I couldn't wait to explore the site.

I've gotten some of my books entered/uploaded, but there's still a long way to go, lol. I really enjoyed the various groups and reviews and suggestions, although one group is a challenge to read 75 books in 2009 - I had to wonder, why only 75?? :)

Anyway, I thank you for sharing this website which allows me to bring another of my passions and another facet of my personality to my blog.

Peace
Tapestry
